I acknowledge that the information provided to me by Florida Business Incorporators on its web site or other printed material is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or tax advice. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to thoroughly research the legal and tax options available for establishing and selecting a business entity in which to do business. Florida Business Incorporators has recommended the use of a Certified Public Accountant or an attorney to assist me in selecting the type of business entity best suited for my specific circumstances.

I declare that Florida Business Incorporators has not provided me with any advice as to which entity is best for me when making my decision to form either a Florida Corporation or Florida Limited Liability Company nor has Florida Business Incorporators provided me with any other legal or tax advice.

I acknowledge Florida Business Incorporators has no obligation other than to provide me with the requested products and services specific to forming a Florida Corporation or Florida Limited Liability Company. Once my corporation or LLC has been formed and the end product and services delivered, Florida Business Incorporators has no additional obligations. I acknowledge it is my responsibility to maintain all the legal and tax formalities of the Florida Corporation or Florida Limited Liability Company to comply with all federal, state and local laws.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy:
I agree that by submitting my request to Florida Business Incorporators to form a Florida Corporation or Florida Limited Liability Company, I am requesting Florida Business Incorporators to form a Florida legal entity on my behalf for which I have decided to form and I am responsible for the charge to my credit card account. I may cancel my order for any reason as long as Florida Business Incorporators has not filed my request with the state of Florida and I shall be entitled to a partial refund equal to 50% of the fees related to the services selected.

I acknowledge Florida Business Incorporators cannot provide me with a specific date for processing my Florida Corporation or Florida Limited Liability Company, as the processing dates are contingent on the state and/or federal government. Therefore, I acknowledge the processing dates provided to me by Florida Business Incorporators are only estimates and are dependent on the state and government filing agencies, which are outside of the control of Florida Business Incorporators
